Why local matters here
A drawing office that knows the ground
East Texas has its own conditions and its own habits. Lots with real slope and real trees. Clay soils that make foundation decisions matter. Summers that make orientation, roof overhang and porch placement worth thinking about carefully rather than copying from a plan drawn for a different climate.
We also know the builders. Many of the builders working in these towns have been building from our plans for years, and we work directly with a number of them on a regular basis. When your set of plans lands on their desk, it isn’t the first one of ours they’ve seen.
