Stock plans

Nearly seventy years of finished designs, ready to hand to a builder — and every one of them a starting point if you’d rather change something.

The short answer

What if I just have no idea what I want?

That’s an opportunity to see our extensive library of already completed, ready-to-construct masterpieces. Every size, style, and lot configuration you can imagine is represented in our stock plans.

Contact us today to get started and we’ll set an appointment to begin viewing our ready-to-purchase home designs. It’s a good bet you’ll be able to bring home the perfect set of plans and take the next step toward your home sweet home.

Before you come in

Tell us a few basics and we’ll pull the contenders

You don’t need to know what you want. You just need to know roughly what you’re working with. Give us some starting points and we’ll have plans on the table when you arrive.

A range of size

Not an exact number — a range is plenty. We’ve drawn everything from 1,000 square foot vacation homes to 11,000 square foot estates, so no range is too small or too ambitious to talk about.

How many levels

One storey, two, or a plan with a bonus room over the garage. This narrows the library faster than almost anything else.

Any outstanding features of the lot

A long thin lot, a slope, a stand of trees worth keeping, or a view worth pointing the living room at. Tell us and we’ll pull plans that suit it.

Close, but not quite?

That happens more often than not, and it’s the easiest problem we solve all week. Move a wall, flip the garage to the other side, stretch the master, open the kitchen into the living room, add a porch across the back.

A stock plan you’ve adjusted is still faster and more affordable than starting from a blank page — and it ends up just as much yours. If the changes get substantial, we’ll tell you honestly when it makes more sense to move over to a custom design.

Let’s talk about your home.

Bring us a sketch, a magazine clipping, a Pinterest board, or nothing at all. We’ll take it from there.
