Simpler than most people expect
You bring what you have
Sketches, saved photos, a magazine page, a stock plan you almost like, or just a conversation about how your family uses a house. Any of it is enough to start.
We draw a preliminary plan
You take it home, live with it, mark it up, move walls around on the kitchen table. Then we do it again.
You get a builder-ready set
A clear, complete set of drawings you can hand to builders and lenders — and we don’t call it complete until you have the details just right.
“Will this fit my budget?”
You’d be surprised how affordable a custom design can be. Our design fees are based on heated and cooled square footage — so the size of the home is what determines the cost of the plans, and you know the scale of it before we begin.
