We’ve been drawing for East Texas builders since 1957. A lot of them have been working from our plans for most of their careers.

George Bostock has kept a close relationship with area builders for decades — working directly with many of them on a regular basis, and presenting their designs in the book developed for the Parade of Homes.
That’s the practical difference. We’re not drawing in the abstract. We know which details get value-engineered out on the jobsite, which rooflines cost more than they look like they should, and what your framing crews are going to say when they open the set.
