What we collect

If you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you enter. That is sent to our office email and nowhere else.

Our web server keeps standard access logs — the page requested, the time, the browser type and the network address it came from. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and they are not combined with contact form submissions to build a profile of anyone.

What we do with it

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to work on your project. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t send marketing email to people who simply asked us a question.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful — how many visits a page gets, roughly where visitors are, which links get clicked. It tells us that a page was read; it doesn’t tell us who read it, and we don’t connect it to anything you send us through the form.

If you’d rather not be counted, most browsers offer tracking protection, and Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on.

Maps

The map on our contact page doesn’t load until you click the button to load it. Until then, no request is made to Google and nothing is set in your browser on their behalf. Once you do load it, Google’s own privacy terms apply to that map.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics and, if you choose to load it, the embedded map may set their own.

Children

This site is aimed at people building, buying or remodelling a home. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Asking us about your information

If you’ve sent us something through this site and you’d like a copy of it or you’d like it deleted, just ask. Email info@bostockdrafting.com or call (903) 553-4888 and we’ll take care of it.
